Bought the wrong size. E-mailed them asking if I could exchange them for a bigger size. They just gave me their policy which said all sales final. I won’t be doing business with them again

Unfortunately, as these cookie cutters are used in food preparation, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all cookie cutter sales are final. This ensures that our customers are always receiving a brand new product.
You purchased a set of Mini Easter cookie cutters which come in one size - mini. Sizes are clearly stated in the listing description for the item so that you can know the size you are purchasing before you buy. We do sell these shapes in a larger size available through a separate listing and I did offer you a discount code to purchase the larger size. But unfortunately, we can not accept returns for products once they have been opened by the customer.

Love, love, love these cutters! They are pretty sturdy and are the perfect size if you ever want to decorate a small batch of cookies. Great for spring and Easter. Highly recommend!
