Refund Policy

All sales are final
At Brighton Cutters, every cookie cutter is printed to order. That means that we do not keep an inventory of cookie cutters on hand, and your order is custom printed just for you! We do not accept returns or process refunds for changes of heart.

Making changes to your order
If you have recently placed an order, and you would like to make a change to your order please email us. We can always add to your order, and (as long as your order has not printed yet,) we can edit your order to swap cutters and sizes. 

We stand by our quality!
We want you to have a high quality product! Every cutter we print is inspected before packaging. However, occasionally items do get damaged in shipment or a defect might have slipped by us. If you received a damaged or defective cookie cutter, we are more than happy to replace it. Just send us a picture of the cutter along with your order number and we will assist you in this process. 

Late Packages
All of our shipments come with free tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays and can not guarantee any "receive by date". Refunds will not be issued for packages that arrive late due to carrier delay. UPS and DHL are generally faster than USPS, but no carrier is immune from delays, and USPS and UPS do not currently guarantee their delivery dates or offer refunds for shipping paid for late packages.

Lost Packages
In our experience, lost packages are very rare. Carrier delayed packages are more common. For domestic orders, please allow up to three weeks for your order to arrive before contacting us about a delayed shipment. All of our packages are shipped with insurance, but we can not file a claim until the package has been missing for a minimum of 20 days. In our experience, most packages arrive within this time frame. For international orders please allow up to 6 weeks. For international orders, we can not file an insurance claim until the package has been missing for 40 days or more. 

International Packages
Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. Packages returned to sender for not clearing customs or for insufficient addresses will not be refunded.
