Rush Processing = $2 Per Print to Order Item

Rush Processing is $2 per print-to-order item, including cookie cutters, multi-cutters, poppers, dough sticks, and similar made-to-order items.

Cutter label tags and Artisan Accent Gels & Dilution Solution are excluded and do not require a Rush Fee.

For Custom Designs, Rush Processing is $5 per design, or $20 per order for multiple custom designs.

Because custom work requires additional design time and scheduling, we strongly recommend texting us before placing a Rush Custom Order to make sure we can accommodate your deadline.

Depending on our current schedule and order volume, we may not be able to accommodate Rush requests for custom work. Please contact us first so we can confirm availability before you place your order.

✅ How to Place a Rush Order

Add the RUSH REQUEST to your cart. You will be invoiced for the Rush Processing Fee based on the total number of items in your order.

Example: 3 single cutters + 1 set containing 5 cutters = 8 items total = $16 Rush Processing Fee

If your order contains 10 or more items, the Rush Processing Fee is capped at a $20 Flat Rate*.

Please note: Rush Processing Fees do not count toward order totals for free shipping.

❗️ Important Notes

• Sets count as multiple items. Each individual cookie cutter in a set requires Rush Processing.
• Multi-cutters, poppers, dough sticks, and other made-to-order items each count as one item unless otherwise specified.
• Artisan Accent Gels & Dilution Solution and cutter label tags do not require a Rush Fee.
• We cannot rush only part of an order. Rush Processing applies to the entire order.
• If you only need one or two items quickly, you may want to place a separate Rush Order for those items and place the rest of your order separately with regular processing.
• If you have a deadline, we highly recommend contacting us when you place your order to confirm that you've selected the appropriate shipping method for your deadline. Priority Mail or UPS shipping is highly recommended for time-sensitive orders. We're always happy to help you choose the best shipping option!

❗️ Rush Terms

• Orders with a complete Rush Processing Fee will ship by the next business day (and often the same day!).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will ship Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.
• If the Rush Processing Fee is missing or does not cover all of the items in your order, we will contact you for the additional Rush Processing Fee. Your order will not be processed or shipped until the required fee has been paid.

❗️ Shipping

Rush Processing is a fee paid to us to print and process your order faster. It does not speed up the shipping portion of your order.

If you have a deadline, expedited shipping is highly recommended. Please reach out if you have questions about expected delivery times and we're happy to help.

For faster and more reliable delivery than USPS Ground Advantage, we recommend:

• USPS Priority Mail
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Overnight

Rush Processing does not guarantee a delivery date. Once your order has left our shop, we are not responsible for carrier delays and cannot guarantee shipping times.

*❗️ Rush Order Limit

We may limit the total number of items we can RUSH in one order.

During high-volume periods, we can only Rush up to $100 worth of cutters per order. During lower-volume periods, the amount we are able to Rush may vary depending on our current order volume. If your order exceeds our current Rush limit, we will contact you to discuss your options before processing the order.

Larger orders may need to be split into multiple orders. If this applies to your order, we'll reach out to you with additional instructions.
