Brighton Cutters is a small, made-to-order business, which means every cookie cutter is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our cutters are intended for food preparation, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new cutter made just for them.

Of course, if your cookie cutters arrive damaged during shipment, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to replace them.
