FAQ

What products do you carry in your current collection? Our website has a search bar at the top where customers can search our selection of over 1000 cookie cutters. If it's not available on our site we can custom make it. If a cookie cutter cannot be found in the current collection please use the search bar to search for it. And if it is not available we can make always custom make it. Please reach out to Amanda at amanda@brightoncutters.com for a custom order. 

Can I add to my order? You can always add to your order as long as it has not shipped yet. To add to your order please email amanda@brightoncutters.com or reply to your order confirmation email with the names and sizes of the cutters you would like to add. 

What are your sizes? Most of our cookie cutters come in various sizes from mini to large. Our most popular size is our size “Regular” - this is the size most sugar cookie decorators would use for a standard sized cookie. If you prefer your cookies to be a little smaller than our Regular size, then we recommend going with the "Medium" size. If you like your cookie bigger, go with the "Large". The size "Small" generally makes a small cookie and our mini sizes are for making mini two to three bite cookies. Then tiny size makes one bite cookies. 

Do you make Custom Cutters? We do make custom cutters. Please contact amanda@brightoncutters to discuss your design.

Tell me about your cookie cutters? Our cutters are super sturdy, have a curved handle so they won't hurt your hands, and a graduated cutting edge to cut perfect crisp shapes.

What are your cutters made of? Brighton Cutters are 3D Printed in PLA (a plant derived plastic.)

What are the care instructions for your cookie cutters? Our cookie cutters should always be hand washed before use in cool soapy water. Cookie Cutters are NOT dishwasher safe. Exposure to heat may warp and damage your cookie cutter. Hand wash only.

How tall are your cookie cutters? Our cutters come standard in a 2/3 inch height. But for those that prefer a taller cookie cutter, we offer our add on Make it Tall service. There is a 30% up-charge for this service that will be invoiced to you after purchase. The up-charge reflects the longer print time and material costs that taller cookie cutters require.

What is your processing time?  Your order processing time is the time from when you place you order until when you order ships. All of our cookie cutters are printed to order and our processing times do vary based on our current order volume. Usually our processing times are between  2-4 business days but they can vary depending on order volume and are subject to change - especially after a sale or before the holidays. Current estimated processing times are always posted on the the front page of our website at the top of the page. Processing times 

When will my order ship? Most orders ship in 2-4 business days, but our processing times can vary based on our order volume. To check our current estimated processing times we always have them posted on the front page of our website. If you order one of our monthly or quarterly surprise boxes - these boxes ship once per month or once per quarter as a batch. 

Do you offer Rush Processing? Yes, we offer Rush Processing. Please see this link for details: Rush Processing. 

What are your shipping rates? We offer $5.50 Flat Rate Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage and Free Shipping (on orders over $40) for US addresses (including Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses). Expedited shipping via Priority Mail and UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Air service is available at the carrier's rate (which is based on weight and location.)

Do you ship internationally? UPS and DHL shipping options are available and are charged at carrier's rate. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are billed separately by UPS and DHL. 

Do you have any Recipes? We don't but there are many great sugar cookie and royal icing recipes available online. Can I make a return? All of our cookie cutters are printed to order for the customer. Because our cookie cutters are used in food preparation, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. This ensures that all of our customers receive a brand new product just for them. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item there is no need to return it, just email us a photo with your order information and we will be happy to send a replacement item or offer a store credit for the damaged, missing or incorrect item.
