Processing and Shipping

Free Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage on domestic orders of $40 or more. No code needed. 

Processing
Current estimated processing times are posted on the front page of our site towards the top. Please pay attention to these processing times. Our cutters are printed to order, and our processing times go up and down depending on how many orders we get per day. The average cookie cutter takes 1.25 hours to print (smaller cutters are faster and larger cutters take longer.) We print them as fast as we can, but they do take time to make (and when we get a lot of orders we can sometime get a little backed up.) The processing time, is the time spanning from when your order is placed, to when a shipping label is printed. 

Tracking
All of our packages are shipped from Southern California with tracking and insurance (either within 24 hours from the time your shipping label is created or on the next business day.) Please note that carriers do not always scan packages at all points, so even though your package has shipped, the tracking may not update until it is out for delivery.

For our customers in Canada: we offer three shipping options: USPS/Canada Post, UPS and DHL. Please see: Shipping to Canada for rates and details. 

We ship worldwide! For all other countries we ship via UPS and DHL and the rates are calculated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes incurred. 

Late Packages
While we do everything we can to get your order to you as fast as possible, we can not guarantee any "receive by date" and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Refunds will not be issued for delayed packages due to carrier shipping delays. UPS and DHL are generally faster than USPS, but no carrier is immune from delays and UPS, DHL and USPS will not reimburse for late packages. If you need to receive your order by a certain date please contact us. We offer Rush Processing and expedited shipping options and can recommend the best way to get your shipment there on time. 

Lost Packages
In our experience, lost packages are very rare. Carrier delayed packages are more common. For domestic orders, please allow up to three weeks for your order to arrive before contacting us about a delayed shipment. All of our packages are shipped with insurance, but we can not file a claim until the package has been missing for a minimum of 20 days. In our experience, most packages arrive within this time frame. For international orders please allow up to 6 weeks. For international orders, we can not file an insurance claim until the package has been missing for 40 days or more.
